E-Consent

PLEASE PRINT THIS CONSENT AGREEMENT AND KEEP A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS.

You are requesting to be put in contact with our marketing partners and outside lenders. These third-party lenders must provide you with specific messages, notifications, disclosures, information, and other documents (collectively, “Communications”) to offer and complete your loan. You must provide permission before these third-party lenders may send you these Communications electronically.

1. CONSUMER CONSENT.

You explicitly accept and consent to receive any legally needed communications electronically by submitting your request to be linked to lenders. You may get these Communications via email or online at the website of the third-party lender. Additionally, you explicitly agree that agreements and papers you sign electronically will be treated as if they were written ink on paper.

2. TERMS OF CONSENT.

Your agreement in Section 1 to transact business and receive communications electronically also applies to your request that we link you with third-party lenders. All online transactions between you and the third-party lenders, including those carried out on mobile devices, are likewise covered by your consent.

3. THE NECESSARY HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS.

You will need the following to view and save the Communications electronically:

Access to the internet using a browser with 128-bit encryption. Microsoft Internet Explorer version 8.0 and above, Mozilla Firefox version 3.6 and up, and Safari version 7 are the recommended browser standards.

Availability of an email account

Acrobat Reader 6 or above is required.

The presence of a printer or the capacity to print Communications

Long-term storage device to keep a copy of the Communications (such as the hard drive on your computer)

4. ASKING FOR PAPER RECORDS.

You may get free print copies of any Communications by contacting the third-party lenders. Their website has their contact details.

5. REVOKE YOUR CONSENT.

Your permission may not be revoked during the referral process since it could be necessary for specific third-party lenders to react to your inquiry and provide a quotation. However, if you are introduced to one or more third-party lenders, you are free to revoke your permission to transact with them online

6. LEGAL IMPACT.

YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS BY CLICKING THE LINK. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE READ THIS INFORMATION ABOUT DOING BUSINESS ELECTRONICALLY AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, RECORDS, AND DISCLOSURES. YOU AGREE TO DO BUSINESS ELECTRONICALLY WITH THE LENDER, USE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND HAVE ALL DISCLOSURES PROVIDED OR MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU IN ELECTRONIC FORM. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU MAY ASK FOR AND BE GIVEN A PAPER COPY OF THE ELECTRONIC RECORDS AND DISCLOSURES WITHOUT PAYING A FEE. YOU INDICATE THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO USE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES OR CONDUCT THIS TRANSACTION IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PROCEED. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT RECEIVING SERVICES FROM THIRD-PARTY LENDERS THROUGH THE INTERNET REQUIRES YOUR CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES.
